You’ll have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in their rich culture and traditions through engaging, hands-on workshops. Learn about their language, music, dances, medicinal plants, crafts, and traditional practices like fishing and agriculture.
Afterwards, visit the Sloth Sanctuary at the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve, where rescued sloths are rehabilitated and cared for until they can safely return to the wild.

Pick up in your hotel in Panama city
Your guide will Pick up in your hotel around 8am, in your private car with AC and guide.
Embera Village
Just about 50min from Panama city, right in the middle of the jungle, in a Island just for them. The Panama goverment has respected their lands, and they are very happy to welcome new people and share their part of the story. They major concen is to lose their identity but showing their culture everyday makes them really passionate and proud of who they are and why so many people wants to visit them for a friendly exchange. They want to practice their english and learn also about you!
Lunch is fresh food, such as fried fish, fruits, rice and bananas.
Take your car in direction to the Sloth sactuary in Gamboa Resort, in this place you will have around 1 hour to explore at your own pace the 5-6 sloths in this sanctuary, there is also exposition of butterflies, frogs and orchids included.
Be back to your hotel in Panama city around 6pm
