• If you have any concerns regarding your reservation or experience, you agree to contact Panama San Blas Tours directly and provide us with the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

• You acknowledge that submitting a chargeback for a service that has been received may result in Panama San Blas Tours providing supporting documentation to the payment processor, including booking records, communications, signed acknowledgments, identification documents, transportation manifests, operational records, photographs, and other evidence demonstrating that the service was provided.
