- Visit a local community where you can buy a mola directly from the artists, learn about the local culture, see how people live in the islands. We recommend to bring gifts for the kids, fruits, books, toys, school material are very welcome.

- See in Ina island how the Guna men make baskets, tablecloths, and coasters from palm fiber.

- Spot a Starfish in the natural swimming pool!
